The Cooking Display has been held in Santa Susanna for years, to present home made traditional dishes and modern cuisine. All the participants present their creations and everybody is invited to try them afterwards. What’s more, in the fifth edition the successful initiative appeared of collecting all of the recipes from those who made the dishes to present them the following year in this book. The preparation and ingredients of the dish are accompanied by a photograph. In short, it is a book that bring Mediterranean cuisine with everyone’s reach.
