Santa Susanna has a modern offer of sports installations, and a wide, diverse programme of sports events: the perfect complement to the offer of culture, leisure, sun and beach for sports lovers and those who want to have new experiences.

The hotel offer in Santa Susanna and the facilities of the municipality make it possible to hold important international sports events. These include the I.F.B.B. Women’s World Body Building Championship (which includes 174 National Federations) and the Santa Susanna Horse Riding Raid (the oldest in Europe, registered in the absolute Spanish championship and indicated as a final stage of the Trans-Pyrenean Trophy).

Santa Susanna has a Mountain Bike Centre that gives visitors information on the routes that can be done around the town. There are a total 90 km of marked routes with different levels of difficulty, which above all allow the Montnegre Nature Park to be discovered and enjoyed. The centre has showers, a bar and the possibility of renting bikes.

For those who prefer the sea, the Nautical Centre provides a large number of water sports activities.
