Along with the Malgrat Basketball Club, Santa Susanna Basketball Club has created the Associació Esportiva Comarcal Alt Maresme (AECAM).

The purpose of AECAM is social and sporting. On the one hand, this body wishes sport to be a way of life, where the most important thing is to learn every day without it being important whether you win or lose. The idea is to enhance one’s own and the team’s output to overcome the challenges and that this solidarity should pass on to daily life.
On the other hand, the intention is to have a basketball school in every club where players can train and in time feed the senior teams of the large clubs. The aim is to ensure that both the players and the members might enjoy sport and play in the highest category they deserve.

Each club has its own personality, its own members, board of management, etc. Above this board of management there are the Directors, who are members of each club who decide on the questions that affect the association. This means that each club does not lose its personality or history, and ensures players’ mobility. We have a broad offer of teams and receives the support of qualified trainers and co-ordinators.
