  b) Connections to the public drains
  c) Installation, replacement, modification, transfer or suppression of service networks in the street
  
• Licence for major work for walls, land movement, cuttings, levelling, digging and embankments on private lands

  First occupation of a new construction and also the extension or refurbishment of existing buildings or structures.

• Application for verification of alignments and levelling
  Application to the Town Hall to define the alignments and levels of a property
  Who can ask for this? The owner of the property, developer, architect drawing up the project
  
• Application for waiving or cancellation of the licence
  Inform the administration to waive the rights and obligations inherent to the holdership of a licence or the processing of a works licence
  Who can ask for this? The developer or owner of the property.
  
• Application for the extension of a works licence
  Ask for more time to finish work
  Who can ask for this? The developer or owner of the property
  What is the cost of this? According to the corresponding ordinance
  When can this be done? Provided the term requested has not finished.
  
• Application for the return of bonds placed for major or minor works licences
  Ask the administration to return the guarantees lodged for the management of rubble, urbanisation alongside the building or work in the street.
  Who can apply? The physical person or legal entity who presented the guarantee
  
• Application for the certificate of urban use / urban file
  Ask the Town Hall for information on the urban system applicable to a certain property (possibility of building and conditions established in the planning)
  Who can ask for this? Anyone concerned
  What is the cost of this? 60 euros.
  
• Application for change of works licence holdership
  Inform the administration that the holder of a licence of an application for a works licence has changed.
  
• Application for single use urban compatibility
  Ask the Town Hall for information on the urban compatibility of a specific activity in a certain property.
