Traditional Catalan dances
Place and time: Passeig de Santa Susanna (zona turística), un dia a la setmana
Regular performances. One day a week, from May to October, a group of ‘cobla’ musicians accompanied by a dance group from a nearby town perform traditional dances from Catalonia. The performance lasts around an hour, during which time the public listening are made to take part actively so that they might be taught the Catalan traditions, from the ‘sardana’ to the stick dance. This activity is a cultural and tourist initiative.
